OASCO Japanese Language Institute was founded by Mrs. Achini Fernando on July 29, 2019. It was first started as a tourism company, but because of the COVID-19 pandemic, it had to close temporarily. In 2021, the institute reopened as a Japanese language institute.
Mrs. Fernando has over 15 years of experience teaching Japanese and studied in Japan. The institute is officially registered with the Government of Sri Lanka and has a skilled team of Japanese language teachers.
